FINANCIAL OVERVIEW

As of March 2012 Speller Metcalfe's turnover grew to £72m and while growth has dipped slightly in the year 2012-13, we expect to see a return to previous peak levels and beyond – largely as Speller Metcalfe has already procured 60% of the year’s turnover for 2013-14. An example of such success is the growth of our Living division which has doubled its projected turnover since its conception just over a year ago, and is now on the approved list of 14 housing associations. 
 

Despite tough economic conditions we have managed to negotiate the recession without the need for large scale redundancies. Tight cost control and cash management have also facilitated our continued success.
