Malvern-based contractor Speller Metcalfe have been awarded a multi-million pound contract to build 92 new homes in Malvern for Fortis Living. 

South Warwickshire NHS Trust's director of operations, Helen Lancaster, and members of the midwifery team joined representatives from Speller Metcalfe and fundraisers to celebrate the milestone.
