Our experience of commercial projects dates back over 17 years to the beginnings of Speller Metcalfe; for this reason we have an excellent network of sub-contractors and supply chain partners who work hard to understand the requirements of the client and recognise the need for a high-quality end product – often within a limited time scale.

Our flexibility and willingness to adapt to unforeseen circumstances or unique developments has ensured repeat business from a range of clients, and highly regarded word-of-mouth recommendations. We have experience of a range of commercial ventures including offices, warehouse depots, visitor centres, banks, historic museums and cafés.
