As Speller Metcalfe continues to grow we have diversified and expanded our experience and skills base within the industrial sector, undertaking a range of projects across our Design & Build, New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-Out services.
 

We understand that many of our clients require sites to remain live due to the nature of their business; our flexible approach ensures that we work around you to suit your needs - whether working night shifts or remaining sensitive to your operations – we will find a solution. Many contracts we undertake are fast-track, yet we continue to work to high levels of sustainable methods such as BREEAM and Passivhaus as required.
