Speller Metcalfe understand the complex requirements of older monuments and properties, and endeavour to retain and restore original features to the highest specifications, as well as understanding the need to restore such prestigious buildings by using traditional materials and specialised sub-contractors where possible.

We recognise that many listed properties are still used as everyday work places, school grounds or public spaces and require works undertaken while many of these sites remain live. To this end we work with an established list of suppliers and contractors to ensure that the original quality of builds and monuments are retained while ensuring users are able to undertake everyday activities.
