Our energy efficiency and sustainability projects are rated using external assessors and proving our commitment to reaching the highest levels of efficiency, Speller Metcalfe completed the first ever Passivhaus and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6 combined project in the UK, an eco vicarage in Kingswinford, Dudley.
